The Ark Encounter features a full-size replica of Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible stories. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high – the Ark structure cost an estimated $75 million in construction costs.

Frost Engineering served as the lead foundation structural engineer on this project. The Ark is the largest wooden timber frame structure in the world and is a modern engineering marvel. The complexity in scope and materials made for a unique design challenge for the Frost team.
