Frost was enlisted by Kil Architecture for structural engineering design services on this approximately 85,900 square foot, five-story mixed-use building including both residential units and commercial spaces.

The ground level is mixed-use occupancy of parking, retail and restaurant spaces. The second through fourth levels are entirely residential space and the upper level will be a combination of restaurant/bar space and a community space including rooftop terraces for the residential occupants.
