Lily Pearson, MS, EI

PROJECT ENGINEER

Lily’s background in structural engineering includes hands-on research in experimental testing of innovative precast concrete buckling-restrained braced frame elements designed for seismic resilience. Her expertise spans seismic design, steel and concrete structures, concrete materials research, catastrophe modeling, and resilience evaluation and adaptation.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lily is a self-taught enthusiast of sewing, needlepoint, crochet, and baking. Weekends often find her fly fishing with her husband, defending her stellar cornhole record, or enjoying a meal at the local German restaurant.
