Jerry Frost, MS, MBA, PE
CEO / PRESIDENT
Jerry serves as the Chief Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer across all projects. With over 35 years of design and consulting experience in both public and private sectors, he plays a critical role in guiding project development to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards. His extensive background in infrastructure and transportation projects provides a deep and versatile knowledge base that supports successful project execution.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jerry is an avid outdoorsman who embraces an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing racquetball, hiking, and participating in local cycling events. He also has a strong interest in history and is continually exploring new ideas – particularly those related to engineering and innovation.

Jerry serves as the Chief Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer on all projects. Using his over 35 years of design and consulting experience in the public and private industries, he ensures the project development process maintains a successful course of action while keeping within a project’s scope and schedule. Jerry’s background includes design and consulting experience in the infrastructure and transportation industries from the public and private sector provides a vast knowledge base.
Outside of work, Jerry loves the outdoors and staying active – he enjoys playing racquetball, hiking and participating in local bike riding events. In addition to those activities Jerry also loves reading about history and exploring new ideas particularly those relevant to the engineering industry.
