Covenant Christian School

Frost Engineering & Consulting partnered with Arkos Design to provide structural engineering services for the expansion of Covenant Christian School in Granger, Indiana. The project included the renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of existing space and the construction of 14,000 square feet of new space, creating a modern and functional environment for students and staff.

The new construction consisted of a single-story building with shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, and load-bearing structural masonry walls, complemented by wood or cold-formed steel roof trusses. Frost’s scope also included engineering for a new stage opening in the existing gymnasium, ensuring structural integrity while accommodating the school’s evolving needs.
