David Pirchio, PHD, EI

PROJECT ENGINEER

David’s research experience focused on two main fields: 1) seismic risk assessment and retrofit of unreinforced masonry structures; and 2) structural applications of pultruded fiber reinforced polymers (FRP). His project portfolio includes a range of structures and materials with particular focus on highly seismic areas in the US and Europe. David has experience in new design and retrofit in structural stee, steel and FRP reinforced concrete, pultruded FRP, unreinforced and reinforced masonry, and lightweight materials (i.e., aluminum, cold-formed steel, and wood) as well as seismic and photogrammetric analysis.
