Frost Engineering was enlisted to design a structural retrofit and annex of the historic Baugo Township High School Gymnasium in Jamestown (also known as Jimtown), Indiana. Originally built in 1929 and listed as an Indiana Landmark, the gymnasium was transformed into a modern community center.

The renovated facility included a kitchen, areas for fitness classes and tutoring, and a gymnasium. Its historical significance was rooted in both its cultural importance and its architectural elements, such as the salt-glazed brick, hanging balcony, and fixed bleachers, which were characteristic of the era. The retrofit encompassed approximately 10,500 sq. ft. with an estimated construction cost of $3.5 million.
