Joseph Klatt is originally from Highwood, Illinois and completed his undergraduate degree in civil engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2015. After serving five years as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, he earned his master’s degree in structural engineering at the University of Notre Dame in 2021.

Prior to joining the Frost Team, Joe worked in both public and private sector building and infrastructure design. He brings to Frost his experience in designing steel, wood, concrete, and masonry structures. He has additional background in designing water treatment infrastructure and retrofitting historic structures. We look forward to having Joe’s expertise for the wide variety of our new design projects.
