Marie Bond, our newest Intern Engineer at Frost Engineering and Consulting, was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. She is a rising senior at the University of Notre Dame studying Civil Engineering with a minor in Sustainability and Resiliency of Engineering Systems. Marie has participated in research studies in Indiana, Italy, New Zealand, and Haiti. Past research projects involve recycled concrete aggregate, the vulnerability of unreinforced masonry structures, and nonlinear time history analysis. At Frost Engineering, she has assisted with multiple projects in various capacities, including modeling structures in Visual Analysis and steel testing.
